Refund Policy

At Oztic Services Private Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. We aim to provide a reliable and hassle-free shopping experience. Please read the policy below carefully to understand our procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.


1. Return Policy

  1. Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories.

  3. Any return request submitted after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding:

  1. Receipt of the returned item

  2. Approval or rejection of the refund request

If approved:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  2. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.


3. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  1. Recheck your bank account or original payment method.

  2. Contact your bank or payment service provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  1. Only products purchased at regular prices are eligible for refunds.

  2. Items bought during sales, promotions, clearance events, or at discounted prices are non-refundable.


5. Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are applicable only for products that arrive defective or damaged.

  2. Exchanges are limited to replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email sandeepbariya150505@gmail.com with your order details and clear images of the damaged or defective item.

  2. Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 business days.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

  1. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been packed or dispatched.

  2. Cancellation requests must be emailed to sandeepbariya150505@gmail.com, clearly mentioning the order number and reason for cancellation.

Cancellation Charges

  1. A cancellation fee of 5% of the order value or ₹50 (whichever is higher) will be deducted.

  2. If the order has already been shipped, shipping and handling charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Important Notes

  1. Orders that have been packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  2. In such cases, customers must follow the Return & Refund process after delivery.
